Our offer includes three types of wine that differ based on residual sugar. The amount of yeast and sugar used during preparation determines the residual sugar present in the finished product. The latter will classify the wine as extra dry, brut and brut nature. The brut nature has a residual sugar of 0 g/l resulting pleasantly dry to the palate, a characteristic that also carries the brut with the difference of being a wine with a residue of 7-9 g/l therefore recommended for livelier palates. Finally, the extra dry ripens the highest sugar content of 12-14 g/l perfect during aperitifs.
